Company Foundation

Research2Recruit.com was created by 2 seasoned executive search professionals who "learned the ropes" when research started with a difficult problem to solve, a pad, a pencil and a phone to get it done within a deadline if they didn't want to get fired. This last part they never forgot. Subsequently, after hundreds of searches, they learned to become experts in utilizing the whole array of tools and possibilities offered by emerging technology and the internet, but they always remembered to complete their work with what they learned initially: use your brains and work hard, never forgetting what your client will think of you years down the road, and how hard it is to find a new client.

Along the years, they have established a network of experienced researchers on whom they rely to successfully conduct many of their recruitment assignments. This network keeps on growing, each new researcher being carefully assessed and tested before being permanently trained and hired, albeit on a per project mode in order to keep costs and overhead as low as possible for our clients.
