      Research2Recruit.com was established to provide employers with a powerful solution to resolve their recruitment problems, at very competitive rates compared to services offered through advertisements, recruitment agencies, executive search firms, job boards etc.

Research2Recruit’s research services enable you to:
  1. Attract and consider a different population of candidates, i.e. only those who are currently and successfully employed, by companies of your choice, and who are usually not accessible by other means.
  2. Operate in absolute confidentiality, without risk of having people “guessing” that you are recruiting.
  3. Control your recruitment expenses, and pay only for the value that you wish to purchase, step by step.
  4. Maintain full control of candidate assessment and selection from a manageable list without having to pay for it.
  5. Hire as many candidates as you want without paying additional fees for each one.

We have experience in most business sectors, at senior and middle management levels. We can operate in English and in French.

Our service packages –always customized to your specific needs- are the following, and although they are the logical steps of a research process, they can be purchased individually:

Target list identification (companies):

  • What it is: Research operations to identify companies that meet certain criteria, making them likely employers of potential candidates possessing specific qualifications.
  • What we need to start: Precise criteria defining the targets to identify.
  • What we deliver: A list of companies with contact information (usually includes phone numbers, locations, facilities and their nature, public websites), in a MS-Word format document delivered by email. Useful comments generally complete the list.
  • Timeframe: Usually within a week.

Candidate identification within the target list:

  • What it is: Research and identification of professionals currently employed in specific positions within a target list of companies.
  • What we need to start: A precise list of companies to target, including contact information, such as described in package 1 above, and precise criteria defining the positions that these professionals would be holding.
  • What we deliver: A standardized report which includes the names, titles, company and work telephone numbers of the individuals that we will have identified, in a MS-Word format document delivered by email. Useful comments and additional information generally complete the list.
  • Timeframe: Usually within 2 weeks.

Candidate profiling:

  • What it is: Contacting a list of pre-identified persons to present a job opportunity; recording their feed back; gathering the résumés, reference lists and compensation expectations of those who are interested. Screening of candidates according to predefined requirements can be included in the service.
  • What we need to start: Sufficient and clear information to present the opportunity in a compelling manner, screening criteria if required, and a list of individuals to contact including their contact information, such as described in package 2 above.
  • What we deliver: *Resumes, reference lists and compensation expectations of candidates interested by the opportunity and a standardized report which includes feed back from the individuals that we have contacted, in a MS-Word format document delivered by email. Résumés and reference lists are delivered in the format provided by the candidates, without any alteration, and compensation expectations are included in a separate note. If screening is required, only the information on the candidates matching the requirements will be forwarded, unless otherwise specified.
  • Timeframe: Usually within 2 weeks.

Reference checking:

  • What it is: Contacting pre-identified persons, speaking with them according to a pre-established questionnaire and collecting their comments.
  • What we need to start: Name, title and contact information of the persons to speak with and a pre-established questionnaire.
  • What we deliver: * A standardized report which includes the names, titles, company and contact information of the individuals that we will have spoken with, and their responses and comments, in a MS-Word format document delivered by email.
  • Timeframe: Depends on availability of people to contact.

Other Custom research work:

  • What it is: our research methodology can be applied to resolve many other contact or information research problems.
  • What we need to start: A clear understanding of what needs to be produced and we will determine feasibility before any commitment from either party. We only engage ourselves if we trust we can deliver.
  • What we deliver: *A customized report which includes the requested information that we will have collected.
  • Timeframe: Depends on nature of project.

Fees

Our rates are determined according to the level of expertise required X workload. Each project is carefully estimated in number of days required to complete it and a precise quote is always provided upfront, before any commitment is made by both parties.

High volume or ongoing annual agreements can also be worked out, particularly interesting to companies who want to strategically manage their recruitment operations by anticipating them.

Our fees are always inferior to those offered by regular recruitment/search agencies (retainer or contingency). For senior executives, board directors, managers and specialists, in whom we excel, they are amazingly lower.
